Contact him if you have contributions to the Islander, or if you are having problems with your Islander, but.... If you are not receiving your Islander, contact the ACBL first to verify that they have your correct Long Island address and that you are a member of Unit 242 (ACBL member login). If your recent milestone is not listed, remember that The Islander is prepared about two months before it is mailed.
